Almost every enterprise carries out training programmes of some form as a means of securing improved performance and greater profitability.
Therefore, unlike other form of business expense, training costs represent an investment by your organization in its employees. As with any other investments, there are expected returns from each dollar invested.
However, most organizations see their training department as a COST centre for 2 reason:
- Training department cannot or do not show ROI in training at all.
- Training report covers mostly activities e.g. no. of people trained, no of programmes etc BUT not results. But we all know …in the mind of the CEO; activities generally means COST.
Without the ability to measure business results from training verses the training dollars spent, some training departments end up becoming event management departments.
This 2-day workshop will show you how to make measuring ROI on training is not only possible but also why it must be attempted. There is a logical and rational approach which does exist within the constraints of budgets and resources.
