ON-THE-JOB ASSIGNMENT AND ONLINE SUPPORT
This phase of the programme provides the participant with real-life on-the-job training where you will be coached and assessed on the job. This is for the purpose of helping the participant to get into the actual training mode within the shortest time possible as participant has to conduct actual training either on their own or as co-trainers/ facilitators.
How it works: When you return to work, carry out your first live training session which you have either obtained on your own or through your organization. ãÐ[ Then we will send our coach to evaluate and assess your performance while you conduct your training. ãÐ[ This assignment is critical as you will be assessed in a real situation with real participants and our coach will be able to provide necessary feedback and guidance to you after the session.
For this assignment, a group size of not less than 10 participants will be more effective. Please note that this part of the course is based on your own initiative and commitment to carry out as you have to provide and organize this live training programme through your own effort.
You will also be given 6 months access to our “state-of-the-art” technology e-Mentorship Portal that comes with online learning support. At the portal, you will also have the opportunity to network with fellow trainers and course mates through the e-forum facilities. This is important as trainers must keep in touch with the latest happenings in training and one of the best ways is through your fellow trainers.
