During the 1-day locally-facilitated workshop, the facilitator will:

1) Discuss on the topic of the workshop module based on the online video from Faculty Seminar Series (half-day)

2) Discuss and practise on the selected case study for the module from Case-in-Point (half-day)

3) Participants can access further reading materials from Harvard ManageMentor

Participants will be required to access to all these online contents prior to the workshop and come prepared to the workshop
