The Certificate in Training, CIT Course is a dynamic career development programme designed to provide a range of skills needed to become more proficient in training and to enhance your performance as a “Trainer”.
This is not a typical train-the-trainer course as aside from teaching participants to be great trainers by learning how to conduct training at a high energy level with powerful results. It uses creative training techniques which provide you an opportunity to practise what you have learned and perfect that in “mock-up” sessions before going into real practice. It also comes with on-the-job assignment.
This course is designed for intended practitioners only and is meant for people who want to immediately be able to make significant transformations as a Trainer. It would also be a very good foundation for any one who has certain expertise but no prior training experience.
Highly practical and intensive, the programme has 5 Modules with 4 practical class assignments and 1 on-the-job assignment.
