As trainers and educators across the world faced difficulties to run classes due to the global pandemic earlier this year, QUEST came up with Developing In-House Online Learning, to transform face to face classroom into online classroom.

Participants from 4 countries joined our experts, Shirley Leong and Martin Mueller in learning how to use the right tools and techniques to help them developing their own in-house online learning programmes.

This program helped participants to upskill in delivering high-impact online learning experiences with comprehensive step-by-step guidance from our experts.

One of the biggest challenge for most organizations are currently facing is the financial impact of managing overheads, especially staff cost. There are instances where hasty decisions are made, leading to industrial dispute resulting more losses for the company.

In this 2 days online learning program, participants learnt step-by-step how to assist their organizations to ensure restructuring exercise are carried out correctly and comply with all requirements by the Labor/Employment Law of Malaysia from our trainer and industry expert, Mahabeer Singh.

Kung Fu Selling was in fact the first program conducted under our new division, Quest Online Learning (QOL) formed during Movement Control Order, as an avenue to serve the current virtual learning need.

The program is a self-paced learning program, hosted on QUEST owned-platform called Hooty with 5 Modules (18 Videos) complete with Exercises and Assessments to face sales challenges in the new norm environment.

The Kung Fu of Selling Series also has 5 Live Coaching Sessions built-in, where 5  Sales Coaches are ever-ready to discuss real-life issues and challenges as well as guide participants on their implementation plan.

It was a great and eye-opening experience for participants, coaches and Quest Team since some of us have never experience online training! We will be running the next batch for The Kung Fu of Selling Series sometime in Q4 2020 however the delivery format will change to live virtual training session to accommodate HRDF remote training guidelines issued in June.

Quest Team and Trainer have successfully converted this 0.5 Day program into Online Webinar at the last minute, due to the unexpected Movement Control Order announcement by Malaysia government.

In this program, participants were exposed to Knowledge Management (KM) methodology called “KM ESSENCE”, an acronym that stands for Explore, Strategise, Enable, Cultivate and Evaluate, which are the five basic phases to successfully institutionalise a KM Programme in an organisation.

In the 2 hours lunch talk, participants discussed with our Wellness Expert, Jessica See, on how to create a more positive, energetic, and highly productive workplace environment. In order to achieve this, employees must first be healthy.

Participant also engaged in wellness activities in this Integrative Corporate Wellness Lunch & Learn program.
